Counseling Services and Plans

Video Conference and Phone Sessions

Each of our clinicians have varying levels of degrees, we offer a sliding scales for each level. Every session will run for 50 minutes.

We offer video-conference sessions and phone sessions on a sliding-scale (50 minutes in length): please contact us for information.

These sessions can be covered by approved MVP and CDPHP insurance plans. Please contact for more info.


Online Messaging Therapy

We offer a variety of different plans where clients can message a counselor directly and receive a response. Response time varies based on the plan the client chooses. 

Note: the plans listed below are our standard plans, however clients may pay monthly or weekly for these plans, as well as modified plans may be agreed-upon based on the client's needs, counselor assessment, and what the client can afford. 

Online Messaging Therapy (outlined by service type):

  • Long-Term Plan:

    • Counselor responds once a week, on a schedule agreed-upon with the client. Client may message the therapist as much as they need throughout the week with the understanding their therapist will respond on the agreed-upon day.

    • This is our most affordable plan: please contact us for more information.

  • Daily Check-In Plan:

    • Counselor responds once a day, five days a week, on a schedule-agreed upon with the client. Client may message the therapist as much as they need throughout the week with the understanding their therapist will respond on the agreed-upon days.

  • Intermediate Plan:

    • Counselor responds three times a week, on a schedule agreed-upon with the client. Client may message the therapist as much as they need throughout the week with the understanding their therapist will respond on the agreed-upon days.

  • Live Message Session (50 minutes in length):

    • Self-pay scales are the same as those for video-conference and phone services (see above).


In-Person Services

We offer in-person sessions (individual and group), as needed, at our Saratoga Springs office on the same sliding scale as our phone, video, and message sessions. We also offer in-vivo services as well.

Group sessions will be offered based on assessed need in the community and New York State, and may take place online, in-person, or both.
